Token World uses a flexible credit-based pricing system. Add credits to your account and use one shared credit balance across supported AI models and premium platform features.
What are Token World Credits?
Token World Credits are digital software usage credits used inside Token World. Credits allow you to access supported AI models, desktop automation, file processing, model routing, and other premium software features.
Can I choose how much to add?
Yes. You can add credits to your account starting from a minimum top-up amount of $20 USD. The number of credits added is based on the amount paid, where 1 USD equals 1 Token World Credit.
Can I use different AI models?
Yes. Your credit balance is shared across supported providers and models. You can use the same credits with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, and other supported AI providers depending on availability.
Are credits money, crypto, or financial tokens?
No. Token World Credits are digital software usage credits only. They are not cryptocurrency, financial tokens, stored value, securities, gift cards, or cash equivalents. Credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred, traded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
How is credit usage calculated?
Credit usage depends on the model, feature, request size, output size, file processing, automation task, and system resources used. Different models and features may consume credits at different rates.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase unless a different period is clearly stated at checkout or required by applicable law. Promotional, bonus, trial, referral, or complimentary credits may expire sooner.
Are credits refundable?
Unused accidental purchases may be reviewed under our Refund Policy. Used or consumed credits are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where there is a verified technical failure, billing error, duplicate payment, failure to deliver purchased credits, or service delivery failure.
