Refund Policy
1. General Overview
Token World (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to providing quality digital products, specifically access tokens, API credits, and license keys for the OpenClaw desktop application. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
2. Nature of Digital Goods and “Change of Mind”
Because our products are digital access tokens and API credits that are instantly delivered and revealed upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or if you simply decide you no longer need the product once the key has been issued. Please ensure the OpenClaw application meets your requirements before purchasing credits.
3. Statutory Guarantees and Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any consumer guarantees or statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws (such as the Australian Consumer Law). You may be entitled to a refund or replacement if there is a “major failure” with our service.
4. When We Will Issue a Refund
We will gladly process a refund under the following circumstances:
- Non-Delivery: You purchased API credits but did not receive the license key, and our support team cannot manually deliver it to you.
- Major Technical Fault: The OpenClaw software or our API systems have a major defect on our end that prevents you from using the credits you purchased, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate Billing: You were accidentally charged multiple times for the same transaction.
5. Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record)
All our transactions, including the processing of refunds, are securely handled by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Once a refund is approved by Token World, it will be processed through Lemon Squeezy and returned to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
6. Fraud and Abuse
Token World monitors license key usage. If we detect that a refund request is fraudulent, or if a user initiates an unwarranted chargeback through their bank, we reserve the right to permanently revoke all associated license keys, ban the user from the OpenClaw application, and dispute the chargeback.
7. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase. You must include your Lemon Squeezy order receipt and an explanation of the issue.
